Each promotional package requires completion of a timeshare sales tour and preview of the Palm Canyon Resort & Spa approximately 90 minutes in duration with absolutely no commitment or obligation to purchase anything. In order to enjoy any of these packages, you must meet certain minimal age and income qualifications. Should you purchase a package but later fail to meet these qualifications and/or fail to complete your tour of the resort, you will be billed the difference between the special prepaid package price and the full retail value of the package, plus taxes. Failure to arrive for your reserved accommodations will result in forfeiture of the package price and the benefits of the package.

Reservations must be made at the time of the vacation package purchase. No "open-dated" packages are permitted. All reservations are subject to availability and first requested dates are not guaranteed to be available. Your reservation request must be accepted and your payment must be received before your arrival date will be scheduled.

A confirmed written and prepaid reservation is required prior to your arrival. Photo ID and a major credit card or refundable security deposit is required upon check in. This offer is not valid for groups of two or more families traveling together. No more than four (4) people may occupy the accommodations.

Your reservation may be rescheduled one time, at no cost, no later than four (4) days before your original scheduled arrival date. A $25 service fee will be charged for any additional reschedules. A $99 service fee will be charged for reschedules or cancellations that are submitted less than four (4) days prior to arrival.

This advance purchase vacation package offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash. The price of each package includes all sales and room taxes, but does not include transportation, food, gratuities, or items of a personal nature.

Golf discounts and/or certificates may be used at several of Palm Springs most popular golf courses; golf carts are included. Golf tee times and dates are subject to availability. Complimentary tennis is at the exclusive Palm Springs Tennis Club; proper tennis attire is required. All tennis and golf reservations must be made through the Palm Canyon Resort's concierge desk in order to receive the 50% discount and/or the complimentary services. A Pacific Monarch Resorts voucher must be presented to the golf or tennis establishments.

Canyon Cash may be used for various guest services at the Palm Canyon Resort and Spa (including health spa massages), meals and/or shopping at participating Palm Spring area shops and restaurants, gasoline at selected area service stations, and much more. Dinner certificates may also be used at participating Palm Spring area restaurants. The retail value of our Palm Springs Getaway packages ranges from $200 to $1000 depending upon season, accommodation type and package benefits. Any package benefit(s) that may be unavailable (for any reason whatsoever) will be replaced with package benefit(s) of comparable value.
